Residents from Usinsk, nearby cities, and surrounding regions are all welcome. The partnership between the city and Lukoil has made the event possible, ensuring a mix of professional and homegrown talent for the occasion.
The festival will bring together music, culture, and community on Russia Day. With the Turetsky Choir leading the lineup, organisers expect strong attendance. The event also highlights Lukoil’s long-standing connection to the region as it celebrates three and a half decades in operation.
