Vulture Celebrates Reality TV's Biggest Stars at Inaugural Masterminds Event
Vulture has honoured the most influential figures in unscripted television at its first-ever Reality Masterminds event. The ceremony recognised stars, producers, and creators who have shaped reality TV over the years. Among the attendees were well-known names from The Real Housewives, Big Brother, and Summer House.
The evening celebrated two major awards. Andy Cohen, host of Watch What Happens Live and executive producer of The Real Housewives franchise, received an Honorary Degree for his impact on reality television. Carole Radziwill, a former Real Housewives of New York star, presented the award to him.
Kathy Hilton, from *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills*, was also honoured with the Forever Icon award. She joined Carole Radziwill as one of the night’s key recipients. Guests included a mix of reality TV personalities. Stacey Rusch, Angela Oakley, Kelli Ferrell, Melissa Gorga, and Jackie Goldschneider—all from various *Real Housewives* series—attended the event. The *Summer House* cast made an appearance, alongside *Big Brother* winners Taylor Hale and Ava Pearl. Ariana Madix from *Love Island USA*, Kristen Kish from *Top Chef*, and Joe Gorga from *The Mob* were also present. Representing the next generation of reality stars, Riley Burruss, Georgia McCann, Charlie Zakkour, Shai Fruchter, and Ava Dash from *Next Gen NYC* joined the celebrations.
The Reality Masterminds event marked Vulture’s first official recognition of unscripted television’s biggest names. With awards given to Andy Cohen and Kathy Hilton, the ceremony highlighted their lasting influence on the genre. The gathering also brought together stars from multiple shows, reinforcing the event’s status as a key moment for reality TV.
