Two Couples Celebrate Love at Russia's Mass Wedding Festival

Two couples from Sverdlovsk Oblast will tie the knot at the 3rd All-Russian Wedding Festival, Russia: Uniting Hearts, on July 8 and 9. The grand event will see over 100 couples from across the country take part in simultaneous marriage registrations at the National Center Russia. The celebrations coincide with Family, Love, and Loyalty Day, marking a nationwide commitment to traditional values. Kirill Kirillov and Angelina Rubakha first met in 2020 while studying at Ural Federal University. Their shared love for nuclear energy, literature, cinema, and vinyl records brought them closer, along with a strong respect for family traditions. Now, they will exchange vows at the festival in front of hundreds of guests.

Mikhail Kuznetsov and Elizaveta Onofreichuk’s love story began at the gym. Their relationship took a romantic turn when Kuznetsov proposed in a church on Christmas Eve. Like Kirillov and Rubakha, they will also be married during the festival’s mass ceremony. The festival’s bridal looks will showcase regional pride, featuring designs inspired by the *Mistress of the Copper Mountain* legend and symbols of Sverdlovsk Oblast’s landmarks. Organisers have aligned the event with the *Family* national project, reinforcing its focus on marriage and family support.

The festival will bring together couples from different regions for a shared celebration of love and commitment. With traditional motifs and a focus on family values, the event aims to leave a lasting impression on participants and spectators alike. The newlyweds will begin their married lives as part of a nationwide tribute to unity.
