Saint John's Credit Union modernizes with Finuevo Core banking platform
Saint John's Cooperative Credit Union (SJCCU) has chosen Profile Software’s Finuevo Core platform to upgrade its banking systems. The move aims to modernise operations by automating key processes and improving member services. Executives from both organisations have highlighted the benefits of the new technology. The Finuevo Core platform will replace SJCCU’s existing infrastructure with a unified system. It will handle member accounts, lending, payments, card services, teller operations, and financial reporting in one environment. The goal is to simplify workflows and reduce reliance on manual processes.
Automation will extend to loan origination, credit checks, approvals, collateral management, and debt recovery. Real-time monitoring of loan portfolios and performance analytics will also be introduced. These changes are designed to cut processing delays and improve oversight of lending activities. The platform’s modular design and API capabilities allow easy integration with third-party services. This flexibility means SJCCU can adopt new digital tools without overhauling its core systems. Built-in product configuration features will further speed up the launch of new financial offerings. Peta-Gay Rodney, SJCCU’s General Manager, stated that the upgrade supports the union’s focus on operational efficiency, responsible lending, and better service for members. Evangelos Angelides, CEO of Profile Software, added that Finuevo Core meets the specific demands of cooperative and retail financial institutions.
The deployment of Finuevo Core aligns with SJCCU’s plans to scale operations, enhance compliance, and boost member satisfaction. The technology will enable faster product rollouts and more efficient management of banking services.
