NBCUniversal's Upfront dazzles with Fast & Furious expansions and 100-year milestones

NBCUniversal held its annual Upfront presentation with a strong focus on television, showcasing new projects and celebrating its 100th anniversary. The event at Radio City Music Hall featured major stars, live performances, and announcements about upcoming series on Peacock and Bravo. The presentation kicked off with hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, who opened the show with a song and dance routine. Among the attendees were Tina Fey and Jane Krakowski, who joined in the 100th-anniversary celebrations. Other stars in the audience included Mariska Hargitay, Amy Poehler, Hugh Laurie, Linda Cardellini, Rose Byrne, Meghann Fahy, Jennifer Garner, Chloe Sevigny, Gemma Chan, D'Arcy Carden, David Boreanaz, Peter Krause, Jake Johnson, Jane Levy, Tea Leoni, Tim Daly, and Jamie Lee Curtis.

Peacock announced four new series set in the *Fast and Furious* universe, expanding its scripted content. Meanwhile, Bravo’s *The Real Housewives* franchise marked its 20-year milestone, with Andy Cohen discussing its impact on unscripted television. Pearlena Igbokwe, Chairman of Television Studios at NBC Entertainment & Peacock Scripted, made her first appearance at the venue, highlighting the company’s push for ‘must-see moments’ on Peacock. The event underscored NBCUniversal’s commitment to both scripted and unscripted programming, with Peacock playing a central role in future content strategies.
