Naples Grande Beach Resort unveils sweeping $100M renovation for 2026 reopening
Naples Grande Beach Resort has begun a sweeping renovation set to finish in late 2026. The project will transform every corner of the property, from guest rooms to event spaces, as the resort aims to redefine luxury along Florida’s Gulf Coast. All 474 rooms and suites will receive a fresh coastal-inspired design, featuring soft neutrals, turquoise accents, and natural materials. Spa-like bathrooms and reimagined balconies will create a more immersive outdoor experience for guests.
The resort’s arrival area and lobby will also see a complete overhaul, including a new café and market. Dining venues will be refreshed, while meeting and event spaces will gain greater flexibility through a redesigned multifunctional venue. Leading the project are firms Cooper Carry and Parker Torres Design, chosen for their expertise in blending modern luxury with regional character. Gary Sims, the resort’s managing director, has called the renovation a ‘bold new era’ for Naples Grande, positioning it as a standout in Florida’s competitive hospitality scene.
The renovation will reshape the resort’s guest experience, from check-in to outdoor relaxation. With updated rooms, dining, and event facilities, the property is set to reopen in late 2026 as a leading destination on the Gulf Coast. The redesign reflects both contemporary luxury and the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
