Inclusive Art Exhibition Allow Me, Culture! Opens at Tann Museum
A new inclusive art exhibition, Allow Me, Culture!, has opened at the Tann Natural History Museum. The 28th edition of the event launched on Sunday, showcasing a diverse collection of creative works. Visitors are invited to explore unconventional perspectives and personal stories through the displayed pieces. The exhibition brings together 14 artists—ten from Tanner Diakonie and four from the surrounding region. Their contributions include paintings, drawings, and sculptural pieces, all curated by Bernd Baldus. The works vary in style, material, and expression, offering a rich mix of artistic voices.
At the opening, Stefan Burkard, managing director of Tanner Diakonie, welcomed guests and highlighted the project’s role in fostering dialogue and inclusion. Monika Ebertowski, director of the Kunststation Kleinsassen, also spoke, noting how the exhibition breaks down barriers and reshapes traditional views of art. *Allow Me, Culture!* will remain on display until June 28, 2026. The Tann Natural History Museum, located at Marktplatz 6, 36142 Tann (Rhön), is open to the public throughout this period.
The exhibition provides a platform for artists with diverse backgrounds to share their work. By featuring a wide range of creative expressions, it encourages visitors to engage with new ideas and perspectives. The show runs for nearly two years, offering ample opportunity to experience its unique contributions.
