She will serve as co-creator and executive producer alongside Shonda Rhimes, the original creator of Grey’s Anatomy. Ellen Pompeo, the long-time star and executive producer of *Grey’s Anatomy*, is also attached as an executive producer. The team includes Betsy Beers, a frequent collaborator with Rhimes, ensuring continuity with the franchise’s signature style. Produced by 20th Television and Shondaland, the series shifts from Seattle to a gritty, understaffed clinic in Texas. Marinis has expressed enthusiasm for introducing fresh characters and stories in this new setting.
