SberLife Insurance speeds up claims with 77.6M rubles payout in April

SberLife Insurance processed 217 claims in April, paying out a total of 77.6 million rubles. The majority of these payments went to borrowers with consumer loans, mortgages, and credit cards, as well as holders of accumulative life insurance policies. The company has also improved its processing speed. Since June 2025, claims for temporary disability and death benefits now take just five minutes to settle. This change aims to provide faster support to policyholders during critical times.

Most of the April payouts were linked to life insurance programmes. These included coverage for borrowers of consumer and mortgage loans, credit card users, and those with accumulative life insurance (ALI) policies. The updated system ensures quicker payouts for disability and death-related claims. With 77.6 million rubles distributed in April alone, the company continues to streamline its services for policyholders. The changes reflect an effort to make insurance support more efficient and accessible.
