Peru to Host Inaugural LatAm iGaming Affiliate Summit in 2026
Peru is set to host the first-ever LatAm iGaming Affiliate (LiGA) Summit in June 2026. The event will bring together industry leaders to discuss the future of regulated online gaming and betting across Latin America. Experts have already highlighted Peru’s growing influence in the sector, driven by recent regulatory updates and digital expansion. The LiGA Summit 2026 will take place on 15–16 June at the El Pardo Lima – A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Organisers aim to foster dialogue on sustainable, responsible, and regulated growth within the region’s iGaming market. Key topics will include affiliate compliance, responsible marketing, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
Peru’s recent licensing framework has positioned the country as a focal point for the industry. Celeste Arredondo, founder of International Gaming Women, pointed to the nation’s regulatory progress and digital advancements as critical to its rising market relevance. Nicolás Samohod, managing partner of Samohod Law Firm, added that the new regulations provide legal security for businesses and operational protection for players. Industry leaders will also address player behaviour and conversion strategies. Paulo Tuya, CEO of XP Agencia, emphasised the role of creators as partners in turning audience reach into measurable results within a regulated environment. Renzo Escalante, CEO of Clases Play, stressed the need to understand player habits for long-term, sustainable growth. Fernanda Batistella, a partner at MYLAW Advogados, called for responsible gaming frameworks that balance technical effectiveness, legal clarity, and market practicality.
The summit will gather regulators, operators, and affiliates to shape the future of Latin America’s iGaming landscape. Discussions will focus on compliance, player protection, and strategies for ethical expansion. With Peru’s regulatory strides and the event’s high-profile speakers, the LiGA Summit 2026 is poised to set new benchmarks for the industry.
