The image shows a group of people sitting around a table playing a game of Jenga. On the table there are wooden blocks and a bucket, and in the background there are many tables and chairs with people sitting on them. There are also lights on the ceiling, suggesting that the game is taking place in a room.

BPMG blends web3 into Cooking Adventure and Tales Runner without changing gameplay

BPMG is bringing web3 features to its popular mobile games, starting with Cooking Adventure and Tales Runner. Instead of launching new blockchain titles, the company will add decentralised layers to its existing games. This move aims to tap into the large player bases these titles already have. The first step involves integrating web3 elements into Cooking Adventure and Tales Runner. BPMG wants to keep the core gameplay unchanged while adding blockchain-based rewards and transactions. By doing so, the company hopes to avoid the 'cold start' problem that many new blockchain games face.

The system will run on multiple chains, including Base and LayerZero, to make onboarding smoother and allow cross-chain interactions. Two tokens will power the ecosystem: GHUB for in-game rewards and transactions, and POPLUS for rewarding gameplay, content creation, and community engagement.

BPMG’s approach focuses on blending web3 features with familiar gaming experiences. The goal is to make the transition seamless for existing players while offering new incentives through blockchain technology. With Cooking Adventure and Tales Runner leading the way, BPMG’s web3 integration will rely on GHUB and POPLUS tokens. The multi-chain setup aims to simplify access and encourage player participation. The company expects this strategy to strengthen engagement without disrupting the games players already enjoy.
