Perrie Edwards shuts down Disora to focus on music and motherhood
Perrie Edwards, the 32-year-old singer best known for her time in Little Mix, has closed her clothing brand Disora due to financial struggles. The decision comes as she continues to build her solo music career, which has seen recent success with her debut album.
Since the group went on hiatus, Edwards has balanced motherhood with her professional life, welcoming a second child earlier this year.
Edwards launched Disora under the company Indigo Aura, which she co-owned with her fiancé, footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, and businessman Bradley Churchill. She held a 50% stake, while Oxlade-Chamberlain and Churchill each owned 25%. However, the business faced difficulties, accumulating losses of £265,093 before being dissolved in December 2024.
Amid these challenges, Edwards expanded her family. In September 2024, she and Oxlade-Chamberlain announced their second pregnancy with a heartwarming video of their son, Axel, then three, kissing her baby bump. Their daughter, Alanis, was born in January, joining her now four-year-old brother. The couple, who got engaged in 2022 after five years together, have remained supportive of each other’s careers. Edwards’ focus has shifted toward music, with her debut solo album, *Perrie*, released in September 2025. The record reached number three on the UK Albums Chart, marking a strong start to her independent career. Despite the closure of Disora, Edwards’ professional and personal life continues to evolve. Her solo work and growing family remain central to her current path.
The end of Disora marks a turning point for Edwards, who now dedicates more time to her music and young family. With her debut album performing well and two children under five, her priorities have clearly shifted. The dissolution of the company, however, leaves behind a financial loss of over £265,000.
