New Business as a Sport Initiative Merges Entrepreneurship with Athletics

A new sports and education initiative called Business as a Sport has launched under the national project An Effective and Competitive Economy. The programme, organised by the My Business Center, aims to sharpen the skills of current entrepreneurs and assist those looking to start their own ventures. Participation is free and open to all. The two-week programme runs from May 18 to 29 in a hybrid format. Attendees can join either in person or online for a mix of intensive workshops and physical activities. Topics covered include strategic planning, financial management, and scaling a business.

Among the unique features are master classes in *managerial combat*—a blend of leadership training and competitive exercises. An esports tournament is also part of the schedule, designed to boost digital skills and encourage networking among participants. Sports sessions focus on teamwork and maintaining physical fitness, reinforcing the connection between athletic discipline and business success. The initiative combines education with athletics to create a dynamic learning environment. Organisers believe this approach will help entrepreneurs develop resilience, adaptability, and a competitive mindset.

The programme offers practical training without any cost to participants. By merging business education with sports and digital challenges, it provides tools for both personal and professional growth. Registration remains open for those interested in joining before the May 29 closing date.
