Harz Bike Days 2026: Four Days of Racing, Rides and Live Music in Hahnenklee

Hahnenklee is set to host the Harz Bike Days from June 4 to 7, 2026. The four-day event will feature races, guided tours, live music, and family-friendly activities. Cyclists and visitors of all ages can expect a packed programme with something for everyone. The event kicks off on June 4 with a guided tour along the Nordharz XCM route, priced at €20 for those not registered for the main races. The following day, another guided ride through the Harz landscape will take place, costing €25 per person.

On June 6, the Downhill Enduro Race—already fully booked with 190 participants—will challenge riders on steep descents. That same evening, the Uphill Fun Race, a hill climb time trial, starts at 6:30 PM, though e-bikes will not be allowed.

The main event, the Nordharz XCM Hahnenklee (also serving as the Lower Saxony State Championships), takes place on June 7. Riders can choose from four distance options. Youth races will also run that day in the Kurpark, with courses tailored to different age groups.

Beyond racing, a Bike Expo and food stalls will run from Friday afternoon through Sunday. Live music will entertain crowds on Friday and Saturday evenings, featuring The High Fives and Re-Play, while a DJ set plays on Saturday afternoon. The Harz Bike Days will bring together competitive races, scenic rides, and entertainment over four days. With guided tours, youth events, and live performances, the festival aims to attract both serious cyclists and casual visitors. Organisers have planned a mix of challenges and leisure activities for all participants.
