FireFox Gold uncovers visible gold and high-grade intercepts in Finland's Mustajärvi Project
FireFox Gold Corp. has released new drilling results from its Mustajärvi Gold Project in Lapland, Finland. The latest findings include visible gold and high-grade intercepts across multiple zones. The company’s ongoing diamond drill program has uncovered visible gold at 112.3 metres in hole 26MJ012, located between the East and Northeast Zones. This discovery adds to earlier successes in the area.
At the East Zone, hole 26MJ004 extended mineralisation by 50 metres to the northeast. Key intercepts included 3.0 metres at 1.51 g/t gold, 4.3 metres at 1.5 g/t gold, and 3.2 metres at 1.12 g/t gold.
Meanwhile, hole 26MJ005 in the Northeast Zone intersected 11.0 metres at 4.9 g/t gold from 301.5 metres downhole. Another hole, 26MJ010, encountered semi-massive to massive pyrite mineralised quartz breccia over 6.0 metres.
The current drilling campaign covers infill and step-out work at known mineralised zones. It also tests new targets near and far from the main structures. By spring 2026, the program is set to exceed 10,000 metres of drilling. These results highlight the potential of the Mustajärvi project, with visible gold and strong intercepts reinforcing its prospects. FireFox Gold Corp. continues to expand its exploration efforts as the program advances toward its 10,000-metre target.
