Pei Xianfeng, born after 1990, began his career as an ordinary welder before rising to chief welding technician at China Petroleum First Construction Corp. His skill and dedication have earned him prestigious titles, including National Model Worker and the China Youth May Fourth Medal. Chen Yiwen, a delivery rider at Paige Network Technology Co, has ranked as the ‘top rider’ at his station for eight consecutive years. Beyond his work, he actively reports local issues, acting as a ‘mobile grid worker’ to support grassroots governance in his city.
