Żabka Group transforms operations with SAP S/4HANA for rapid growth
Żabka Group, a fast-expanding retail chain in Central Europe, has upgraded its core business systems with SAP S/4HANA. The new environment includes SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP Customer Activity Repository, and Business Intelligence tools. It also connects HR systems with sales and franchisee operations. Łukasz Armatys, Żabka’s IT Core Systems Manager for SAP, highlighted that the upgrade has improved process efficiency and made the company more adaptable to future changes. The transformation has already brought measurable benefits. Franchise network management is now more effective, while system stability and security have strengthened. The platform also provides the foundation for further expansion, ensuring scalability as Żabka continues to grow.
