Yakutsk Hosts Anti-Fascist Forum to Unite Youth and Veterans

The 3rd Republican Anti-Fascist Forum, The People and the Army Are One, will run in Yakutsk from November 4 to 6. Organised at the initiative of Yakutia’s head, Aisen Nikolayev, the event aims to strengthen patriotism, honour historical memory, and address modern fascist threats. Support for the forum comes from the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh). The three-day event forms part of the Region for Youth programme, a wider effort under the national Youth and Children project. It will gather veterans, soldiers from the special military operation, students, journalists, and public figures for discussions and debates.

A rally to open an exhibition of captured armoured vehicles at the *Russia—My History* Historical Park is planned. The programme also includes roundtable talks between young people and veterans, creative performances, and live music. Screenings of documentary films, such as *World War II: The Lies of Western Nations*, will feature alongside debates on combating contemporary fascism. Organisers have structured the forum to encourage dialogue between generations while reinforcing historical awareness.

The forum will close on November 6 after a series of debates, exhibitions, and cultural events. Its outcomes may influence local youth policies and historical education initiatives. Participation remains open to veterans, students, and public representatives.
