Vladivostok Hosts 32nd 'City' International Construction Expo in 2026

You are invited to attend the 32nd International Construction Exhibition "City" (12+), taking place from April 28 to 30, 2026, in Vladivostok. This is one of the largest events in the Russian Far East, bringing together leading companies, experts, and professionals in the construction industry.

The exhibition will be held at the Fetisov Arena Ice Sports Complex and will serve as a key platform for showcasing cutting-edge solutions in the construction sector.

Over 80 companies will participate, including building materials manufacturers from Vladivostok, Moscow, Barnaul, Krasnodar, Magadan, Nakhodka, Nizhnyaya Tura, Novosibirsk, Partizansk, St. Petersburg, Tula, and Khabarovsk.

More than 30 Chinese companies from five provinces (Guangdong, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shandong) and the municipality of Beijing will present their latest developments, including: - Modular construction technologies - Eco-friendly materials and wooden panels - Production lines for bricks and aerated concrete blocks - Equipment for manufacturing construction materials

Exhibitors will demonstrate technologies that are already transforming approaches to design, construction, and facility management—shaping not only the future of the industry but also the face of cities.

Key highlights include: - Modular buildings from Jilin Sailun Trading Co., Ltd. and Gotovy Dom, adapted for the harsh climate of the Far East - Autonomous wastewater treatment systems from Malachite LLC, Polymer-Vostok LLC, and First Engineering LLC - Premium finishing materials from White Hills (Monolit-Stroy JSC) - Industrial equipment, compact elevators, and staircases from Shenyang Weihua Staircase Co., Ltd.

As part of the outdoor exhibition, Modern Machinery Far East LLC (Magadan)—one of the region's largest suppliers—will showcase equipment from global brands such as Komatsu, Sennebogen, Manitou, BOMAG, and Denyo.

Additionally, Akiba LLC, a manufacturer of children's playground complexes, will present its products at the outdoor venue.

The innovative solutions from Russian and Chinese manufacturers are designed to drive the development of the modern construction industry in the Far East.

The exhibition offers solutions and opportunities tailored to business needs—from advanced building materials, equipment, and energy-efficient technologies to the implementation of complex and non-standard projects.

Business Program Highlights at the Exhibition

The exhibition will feature a high-profile business program with leading industry experts in attendance. Key discussions will focus on pressing issues in the development of the Far East's construction sector, including the creation of the Innovative Unified Digital Platform "Showcase of Construction Resources" for B2B and B2G procurement, strategies for assembling strong teams to implement large-scale infrastructure projects, regional workforce management and cultural considerations, as well as technical standards for fire and mechanical safety.

The second day of the program will be dedicated to housing and utilities management.

The event is supported by the Primorsky Territory Ministry of Construction, the Primorsky Territory Ministry of Housing and Utilities, the Primorsky Regional Branch of the Pacific Project NPO, the Primorsky Regional Branch of Opora Russia, the Tochka Opory consulting company, and PortActiveStroy LLC.

With active participation from top experts and partners, the business program will reflect the latest trends and needs of the construction industry.
