Unsolved double shooting shakes biker community at emotional funeral

Pasquale (Squals) Casciato, a 49-year-old member of the Satan’s Choice Motorcycle Club, was laid to rest in a funeral attended by around 150 bikers. His death, alongside 34-year-old Christian Belsito, remains unsolved after the two were shot in a targeted attack outside Casciato’s mother’s home in Woodbridge. Casciato and Belsito were gunned down in front of a residential property on 12 June. Witnesses reported at least two dozen bullets fired during the attack. Police have confirmed no arrests have been made in connection with the killings.

The funeral service saw a strong show of support from the biking community. Many attendees wore armbands featuring a smiling photo of Casciato. His Harley-Davidson motorcycle was transported to both the church and cemetery on a trailer.

Harley Davidson Guindon, founder and president of Satan’s Choice, served as a pallbearer. He described Casciato as a good man and stated that the shooting was not linked to biker conflicts. Casciato had previously been a member of the Hells Angels before joining Satan’s Choice. The investigation into the double murder continues with no suspects identified so far. Casciato’s funeral highlighted the close-knit nature of the biking community, with members from multiple clubs paying their respects. The motive behind the attack remains unclear.
