The competition aims to enhance the safety culture among employees of Transneft system organizations, as well as to promote best practices in occupational health and safety, industrial, fire, environmental, and road safety.

The contest was held among the Usinsk, Ukhta, and Vologda regional pipeline directorates of Transneft Sever JSC, along with 14 structural divisions of the company's branches. The judging panel included the company's leadership and heads of relevant departments and services.

The leading divisions were selected based on an assessment of over 30 key performance indicators for 2025. Criteria included staffing levels and turnover rates, compliance with fire safety regulations, proper waste separation and disposal, and the maintenance of operational equipment.

Following the competition, the Ukhta Regional Directorate was named the best branch. Among the structural divisions, the team at the Ukhta-1 oil pumping station took first place. The winners will represent the company in the final stage of the competition, to be held at the level of Transneft PJSC.
