The Miz and Maryse sell $7.4M LA mansion and move to Las Vegas

After years of residing in Los Angeles, California, The Miz is no longer a resident of the Western state. Long rumored to move to Las Vegas, The Miz has now officially moved out of his luxury Los Angeles-area home.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX, the realtor of The Miz, revealed on Instagram that he and his wife, Maryse, sold their Los Angeles-area mansion for a whopping $7.4 million following a lengthy stint on the market. Cohen jokingly used The Miz's longtime nemesis John Cena's theme song to go along with the photos in the social media post.

"The couple had listed their contemporary English manor in Westlake Village, California, almost two years ago in 2024, as they were taking their business ventures to Las Vegas. "OLD!! Incredibly grateful for my AWESOME friends and long time clients [The Miz] [Maryse] or allowing me to rep them on another real estate deal! This one took a minute but we found the perfect buyers that jumped in and closed the deal in less than a week! Was a win/win for everyone! Maryse and Mike did a terrific job with the renovations and this remarkable estate was featured numerous times in the hit tv show [Miz & Mrs] I'm very grateful for having such AWESOME clients!!" he wrote.

The Miz also responded to the post and took a jab at Cohen's choice of music. "Could've chosen a better song....hahaha. I can't thank you enough. No one works harder in the industry. Really appreciate you my friend."
