Temporary Restrictions Imposed Due to Worsening Weather

Southern Russia imposes heavy vehicle bans amid severe snowfall

Heavy vehicle traffic has been temporarily restricted in several areas due to severe weather conditions, the press service of Sochi's traffic police reported. The restrictions apply to routes from the settlement of Magri toward Sochi, from Zubov Bridge toward Lazarevsky District, and from Magri toward Tuapse.

Authorities noted that all available personnel and equipment have been mobilized to clear the roads.

Once snowplows and specialized machinery finish clearing the roadways, traffic will resume as normal.
