Sochi adjusts public transport for Radonitsa remembrance day on April 21

Honoring lost loved ones just got easier. Sochi rolls out special bus routes to key cemeteries, ensuring smooth travel for Radonitsa observances.

On Tuesday, April 21, Krasnodar Region observes Radonitsa, a traditional day of remembrance. In Sochi, public transport will operate on a regular weekday schedule, but additional buses will be deployed on the route from "Pavlova Street, Izumrudnaya Street to the Upper Cemetery" for the convenience of residents.

From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, two buses will run along this route, departing as they fill up.

In the Central District, buses on routes No. 2C, 6, 14, 20, 22, 30, 45, and 46 will also take passengers to the cemetery on Dagomysskaya Street.

Other routes to cemeteries include: - Baranovka village – route No. 104; - Verkhneplastunskoye Cemetery (right bank of the Sochi River) – route No. 102; - "Stroitel Club" stop – routes No. 7 and 87; - Verkhneplastunskoye Cemetery in Plastunka village – route No. 114; - From the city center to Leselidze Street – route No. 87n; - Razdolnoye village – routes No. 37 and 45; - Khosta Cemetery – route No. 49; - Adler Cemetery – route No. 559; - Moldovka village – route No. 138; - Cemeteries in the Dagomys microdistrict and Loo settlement – routes No. 75, 76, 77, and 143.

Residents and visitors are advised to check public transport schedules when planning trips on Radonitsa.
