NorthWind Estates wins Rs. 189 crore bid for prime Yamuna Expressway land

According to Manoj Kumar Garg, Chairman of NorthWind Estates, the move aligns with the firm’s vision to develop well-planned projects that match the area’s future needs.
Sector 22D itself is gaining prominence as one of the fastest-growing sectors in the YEIDA region. Its location near the upcoming Noida International Airport and other key infrastructure projects has made it a hotspot for development. The auction also reflected broader market confidence, with more established developers competing for land in the Yamuna Expressway belt. Garg further noted that the region is undergoing significant urban and economic transformation.
