New Pennsylvania Paratransit Service Aims to Expand Accessible Travel Options

Notice is hereby given that Hands To Hands, LLC, has filed an application with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission requesting approval to begin offering Paratransit Service as a Motor Common Carrier of Passengers. Docket number: A-2026-3061340

The applicant proposes to provide call-or-demand transportation service for elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and the public, using vans and other vehicles designed for passenger transportation, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

The proposed service will operate between points in the following counties in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:

  • Philadelphia County
  • Montgomery County
  • Chester County
  • Lancaster County
  • York County
  • Harrisburg County

Persons or corporations interested in this application may file a protest with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission within 20 days after the date of this publication.
