Max Launches Business Platform for Chatbots and Digital Verification

Russia's homegrown messaging app Max has launched a new section allowing businesses to create chatbots, mini-apps, and channels directly within the platform.

The updated partner integration system makes it even easier for companies to join the messenger, TASS reports, citing the platform's press service.

"To set up a service in the national messenger, entrepreneurs simply need to update the app, go to the Max for Business section in their profile, and follow the straightforward instructions," the press service explained.

After creating a company profile, the owner or representative must complete mandatory verification—either through the State Services portal or via one of the partner banks.

The press service also noted that businesses joining the platform will not only be able to develop chatbots, mini-apps, and channels but will also gain access to pre-built integrations with CRM systems and chatbot platforms.

Additionally, companies can implement a "Digital ID" feature to verify customers' ages and check their eligibility for benefits.

The partner platform first launched in Max on October 23, 2025.
