Renowned Russian showman and comedian Maxim Galkin hosted a lavish wedding in Cannes, where he shared the stage with Valery Meladze and Ricky Martin, reports Liter.kz.
According to SHOT, his fee for the event could have exceeded 64 million tenge (around $140,000). The celebration bore a closer resemblance to a full-scale concert than a private gathering.
The ceremony took place in a historic venue overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Guests were treated to a gourmet dinner, with Chateaubriand steaks and premium champagne on the menu.
Galkin was the star of the evening—not only did he emcee the event, but he also performed on stage. Meladze and Martin joined him during the show, a source noted.
The groom, IT entrepreneur Niki Lomia, married a former Miss Ukraine contestant who had lived in Kharkiv before the war. The couple now resides in Europe.
