Krasnodar tax offices merge into one central hub by 2026
The Russian Federal Tax Service is restructuring its operations in Krasnodar. By June 22, 2026, two of its branches will merge into a single office. The changes aim to streamline services under one central location. The consolidation will see Krasnodar Branch No. 2 and Krasnodar Branch No. 3 absorbed into Krasnodar Branch No. 1. Tax Office Code 2309 (Branch No. 3) and Tax Office Code 2310 (Branch No. 2) will both transfer their functions to Tax Office Code 2308 (Branch No. 1).
After the merger, all services will operate from a new address: 235 Kommunarov Street, Krasnodar, 350020. Taxpayers will need to visit or send correspondence to this location for all future dealings.
