Germany's black ice warnings lifted as milder weather arrives

The all-clear comes as milder air has swept across Germany, significantly easing icy conditions. Earlier, the DWD had issued warnings for nearly the entire country, cautioning against black ice caused by freezing rain.

Following the recent cold snap, forecasters expect a marked improvement in weather conditions over the coming days.
