Angelina Jolie lists her $29.85M Los Feliz mansion after divorce
Angelina Jolie has put her historic Los Feliz mansion on the market for $29.85 million. The actress purchased the 11,000 square-foot estate in 2017 after separating from Brad Pitt. She now plans to spend more time abroad, particularly in Cambodia and with family worldwide. The Beaux-Arts-style mansion was originally built in 1913 and once belonged to legendary director Cecil B. DeMille until his death in 1959. Jolie acquired the property for $25 million, drawn to its grandeur and history. The estate features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a guest house, and arched fountains.
Jolie and Pitt finalised their divorce in January 2017, agreeing to keep the details private. During their marriage, they co-owned Chateau Miraval, a $60 million French estate purchased in 2012. Since the split, Pitt has moved into a $12 million Spanish-style mansion in Hollywood Hills’ Outpost Estates.
Jolie has stated she intends to leave the US once her youngest children turn 18 in July 2026. Until then, she plans to divide her time between Cambodia and visiting relatives around the globe. The sale of Jolie’s Los Feliz mansion marks a shift in her living arrangements. With her children nearing adulthood, she is preparing for a more international lifestyle. The historic property now awaits a new owner at its listed price of $29.85 million.
