Vodokanal JSC adjusts customer service hours for May holidays

Vodokanal JSC adjusts customer service hours for May holidays

Vodokanal JSC has announced adjusted opening hours for its customer service centres over the May holidays. All three locations will operate on April 30 but close for the following three days. Residents needing assistance should plan visits accordingly.

On Tuesday, April 30, all Vodokanal JSC customer service centres will remain open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This includes the branch at 1/2a Kurnatovskoho Street, located inside the Neighbors Shopping Center on the second floor. The same schedule applies to the centre at 50 Ordzhonikidze Street and the one at 19 Bohdana Chyzhyka Street, Building 1.

From May 1 to May 3, all three locations will be closed. No services will be available during this period, and customers are advised to complete any urgent matters before the closure begins.

The temporary closure affects all Vodokanal JSC service points across the city. Those requiring in-person support should visit before the end of April 30. Normal operations are expected to resume on May 4.
