In his opening remarks, Hà highlighted the Party and State’s focus on healthcare development. The minister also called for stronger international partnerships through joint ventures and technology transfer. Hà urged businesses to embrace advanced technologies such as digital tools, AI, and big data. He described these as essential for building a strong innovation ecosystem. The event, he noted, serves as a key platform for networking and cooperation among industry experts. Alongside the exhibition, several side events are planned, including a conference on digital transformation in healthcare. Hà further emphasised the need to strengthen domestic production of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment to ensure national health security.
VIETNAM MEDIPHARM 2026 will run for several days, featuring global industry leaders and innovative solutions. The event aims to foster collaboration, accelerate technology adoption, and support Vietnam’s healthcare goals. Organisers expect it to drive progress in both local and international medical sectors.
