TSIT-Stroy unveils new housing projects with subsidized mortgage support
TSIT-Stroy, a major developer in Khabarovsk, held a large-scale presentation where its representatives showcased completed residential projects, those nearing finalization, and—most importantly—unveiled construction plans for the near future. The latter drew the greatest interest from attendees.
The event brought together real estate agents, agency representatives, and industry experts. University students and faculty were also invited, though not directly involved in construction or real estate. While their connection to the sector may not have been obvious, they played a meaningful role in the proceedings—more on that later.
From early morning, the lobby of the Druzhba cinema buzzed with activity, the lively atmosphere reminiscent of a celebration. Yet the festive mood did not hinder business discussions or debates. Even before the presentation began, professionals engaged in animated exchanges, analyzing projects and studying apartment layouts in TSIT-Stroy's special brochures.
During the main session, company executives provided updates on all their residential complexes, including those set to break ground this year. Among the completed projects is Voskhod Residential Complex, comprising four ten-story buildings on Hertsen Street. The location boasts well-developed infrastructure and one of the city's most beloved park areas, complete with a lake.
The concept behind Molodost Residential Complex is straightforward and practical. The ten-story building on Gerasimova Street is rising in one of Khabarovsk's most vibrant and developed districts, adjacent to the Far Eastern State Transport University campus. Designed primarily for those embarking on their careers—students, young professionals, and educators—it offers a first home for those ready to settle down. The neighborhood already provides everything needed for an active, fulfilling life, immersing residents in the heart of urban energy. The complex is scheduled for completion in spring 2025.
A significant portion of the presentation focused on Polyot Residential Complex, and for good reason. Attendees learned that construction on the second phase—Polyot: New Flight—will commence this year, adding two more buildings on Shkotova Street. The company emphasized that, like all TSIT-Stroy projects, Polyot is fully integrated into the city's utility networks, including sewage, electricity, water supply, and heating. Work on the new buildings is set to begin in May.
Attendees at the event were the first to learn about the developer's plans to begin work this year on a new project—Botanika Residential Complex. Unlike previous concepts, this one takes a different approach. While earlier projects targeted buyers who prioritize proximity to the city center, infrastructure, and an active lifestyle, Botanika is designed for those who cherish tranquility, greenery, and the sound of birdsong. The complex will be built at the intersection of Krasnodarsky Lane and Krasnodarskaya Street in a quiet urban district home to the region's leading medical centers. The company believes that healthcare professionals may well become the majority of buyers in Botanika.
The presentation of the new residential complexes sparked lively interest among those present. Executives from the development company answered audience questions about apartment layouts, square footage, and the design of courtyard spaces. It is worth noting that the outdoor areas in projects by TSIT-Stroy fully align with modern standards of comfort and convenience.
Alexandra Khmaruk, Deputy Director of TSIT-Stroy, reminded attendees that all of the company's housing qualifies for subsidized mortgage programs and expressed gratitude to real estate agents for their role in selling apartments in new developments.
In the near future, AmurMedia News Agency will provide more details on the upcoming housing projects "Polyot: New Flight" and Botanika.
