Sporting CP faces Tondela in a rematch charged with past defeats

Many Sporting fans still vividly remember the 2-2 draw from last season—with Rui Silva in goal, Rui Borges at the helm, and on the opposing bench, the ever-present Rui Ferreira. Others, however, have simply erased from memory the painful 2018 Taça de Portugal final defeat.

Tomorrow, facing Tondela, they'll have the chance to make amends, to return to their true form, and to prove that all the rest—all the Ru(i)ms—are now a thing of the past.
