The document appears to be a tax form, with various sections of information printed on it, such as the date, time, and location of the tax. The text is written in a neat, legible font, and the paper is slightly crumpled, suggesting it has been handled multiple times.

Russia's Minturizm launches automated checks for tour operator licences

The Russian Tourism Agency (Minturizm) has announced that, as part of its state service for issuing tour operator licenses, it has implemented integrations with information systems that enable automatic verification of applicant-submitted data, our website reports.

Previously, applicants were required to attach scanned documents when submitting their requests, which created risks of forgery and extended processing times.

The process is now fully automated: all necessary details—including employee records, education, work experience, and property information—are pulled directly from government databases and verified without applicant involvement.

This has eliminated the need for paper or scanned documents, reduced human error, and increased transparency in the licensing process.

By the end of the year, the agency also plans to introduce automatic verification of license fee payments through integration with tax authorities.
