New recruits endure rigorous training in Military Unit No. 30238's spring campaign

Military Unit No. 30238 has welcomed over 140 new recruits during this spring’s conscription campaign. The soldiers now follow a structured daily routine, balancing training, education, and personal time. Their preparation focuses on teamwork, discipline, and readiness for diverse combat scenarios. Each day starts at 6 a.m. with morning exercises and a formal inspection. After breakfast, recruits attend classes covering military regulations, marksmanship, and topography. Practical training follows, where they handle small arms, operate the D-20 howitzer, and train with wheeled armoured vehicles like the Arlan.

Safety remains a constant priority. Mandatory briefings precede every session, and surveillance cameras monitor barracks and classrooms. The unit ensures all personnel receive full gear, including everyday uniforms, field clothing, and winter kits. New soldiers complete a month of basic training before specialising in roles matched to their skills. The unit emphasises cohesive action, teaching clear sequences for operations under any conditions. To maintain morale, servicemen access phones on a fixed schedule, allowing regular contact with family without disrupting duties. Contract service forms a key part of staffing, with terms ranging from three to five years. Those who sign up benefit from preferential mortgage programmes, adding stability to their military careers.

The recruits will soon transition into specialised roles after completing their initial month of training. Their daily routines combine physical drills, technical instruction, and safety measures to build a disciplined and capable force. The unit’s structured approach ensures soldiers remain connected to their families while preparing for service demands.
