Mysterious Abyss Heuklang cat now tameable in Crimson Desert update
The Abyss Heuklang is a mysterious moggy in Crimson Desert which players have long wanted to add to their roster of pets. It's a living, breathing cat that resides in the abyss, but despite the fact you can pick it up and cradle it like other cats, it wasn't originally available as a pet.
That is, until the most recent patch, in which the Abyss Heuklang was unlocked as a companion for all players. The new patch added a tonne of other stuff as well, including the shiny new Baltheon Armor set. But back to the matter at hand, here's how to tame the Abyss Heuklang cat.
How to tame the Abyss Heuklang in Crimson Desert
As you might surmise from the name, the Abyss Heuklang is a fluffy black cat that lives in the abyss. You can find this cat by the entrance to the Axiom Archive in the Abyss, the first area you go to during Chapter 1's Mystical Key and Abyss Without Balance quests-for me, the cat was napping during the day on a block just left of the entrance.

Either way, if it doesn't have full trust for you, then you just need to do the normal pet actions that make cats like you, such as petting them, plus feeding them milk or bird meat, both of which you can easily purchase in Hernand city from Renee or the nearby grocer. Once your trust is adequate, select the "Take In" option as usual to make the Abyss Heuklang your pet.
