Bollywood stars Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur, and Pooja Hegde made a high-profile appearance at the IPL 2026 final in Ahmedabad. Their visit on Sunday, May 31, fuelled speculation about their role in the event’s entertainment or promotional activities. The trio attended the match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium. Both teams were competing for their second IPL title.

Before the game, the actors enjoyed a traditional Gujarati thali and spent time interacting with fans. Varun Dhawan was even spotted dancing with supporters at Ahmedabad airport. All three wore matching white t-shirts featuring branding for their upcoming film *Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai*. Producer Ramesh Taurani joined them, as they used the event to promote the movie.

The stars’ presence added excitement to the IPL final, blending cricket and cinema. Their promotional activities for Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai drew attention both on and off the field.
