Barclays Offers $349 Week-Long Resort Stays—No Timeshare Pitches
A new travel offer is giving holidaymakers the chance to book a week-long resort stay for just $349. The deal, exclusive to Barclays customers, comes in the form of Resort Vacation Certificates (RVCs), which can be used at thousands of resorts worldwide. Purchases must be made by April 30, 2026, with each certificate valid for a full year from the date of issue. The RVC programme allows travellers to secure a seven-night stay at participating resorts, including those run by major brands like Hilton, Marriott, and Wyndham. Unlike some promotions, this offer does not require attendees to sit through a timeshare presentation. The certificates are designed for use during quieter travel periods, such as shoulder and off-season dates.
New users can easily create an RVC account and buy a certificate for $349. While the deal is a Barclays exclusive, buyers do not necessarily need a Wyndham co-branded credit card to make the purchase. If plans change, unredeemed certificates can also be transferred to someone else as a gift. The booking must be made within the certificate’s one-year validity window, though the actual travel can take place after the expiry date. At a rate of around $50 per night, the offer provides a budget-friendly way to stay at well-rated resorts.
The RVC promotion runs until April 30, 2026, with each certificate remaining valid for 365 days after purchase. Travellers can use them at a wide range of resorts, offering flexibility for off-peak getaways. Those who do not use their certificate can pass it on to another person.
