Alexander van Opbergen's latest pin declaration identifies Neuss as the stronghold of the artillery!
The city of Neuss, Germany, has released a new limited-edition pin to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Neuss Citizen Shooting Club. The pin, named "Shooting Capital Neuss on the Rhine", is priced at 2.50 Euro and is limited to 500 pieces, making it a sought-after collector's item.
The pins and corresponding stickers can be purchased from the tray and at the Neuss Huthaus, located at Glockhammer 16. For those who missed the initial release, good news is on the horizon. Van Opbergen, the supplier, has ordered an additional 250 pins to restock for the honor evenings on August 4th and 11th.
These honor evenings will take place at and around the city hall and the shooting booths in the city and rose garden. The King's Honor Evening, scheduled for August 11th, is also part of these events.
In addition to the limited-edition pin, a regular pin, the Neuss Jubilarian Shooter Pin, is also available for purchase. Priced at 3 Euro, this pin does not have a limited quantity. A matching sticker costs 1 Euro and is not limited either.
The response to the "Shooting Capital Neuss on the Rhine" pin has surpassed that of a previous event in 2019, indicating a high demand for this commemorative item. The inscription on the new pin reads "Shooting Capital Neuss on the Rhine".
For those unable to attend the honor evenings, the new pin's inscription is also available for purchase at the Neuss Huthaus.
This new pin is a testament to the rich history of shooting sports in Neuss and a great way to show support for the city's long-standing shooting club. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own a piece of Neuss's shooting sports history.
