2025 Regional Competition Winners Celebrate Excellence in Production Culture
Our website, March 31 – The results of the annual regional review-competition "Promoting a High Culture of Production" for 2025 have been announced, the press service of the regional Ministry of Labor reports.
This year, eight organizations from the region took part in the competition, divided into two key categories:
- Industrial, construction, transport, communications, agricultural, housing and utilities, and other sectors
- Education, healthcare, social protection, science, culture, and other social service providers
On March 31, 2026, a working group convened to determine the winners and runners-up. In evaluating the entries, the jury assessed a comprehensive approach to workplace safety, considering not only the absence of occupational injuries but also the presence of labor protection services, training programs, and mandatory medical examinations. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of modern occupational health and safety management systems, as well as initiatives to improve employee well-being and promote healthy lifestyles.
The 2025 winners are:
In the category "Industrial, construction, transport, communications, agricultural, housing and utilities, and other sectors" - 1st place: Magadan CHPP, a branch of Magadanenergo PJSC - 2nd place: Southern Electric Networks, a branch of Magadanenergo PJSC - 3rd place:Magadanteploset, Magadan Municipal Unitary Enterprise
In the category "Education, healthcare, social protection, science, culture, and other social service providers" - 1st place:School No. 4 with Advanced Study Programs (MAOU) - 2nd place:Magadan Polytechnic College (GBPOU) - 3rd place:Magadan Regional Museum of Local Lore (MOGAUK)
The winners and runners-up will receive valuable gifts and prizes.
The awards ceremony will take place during an off-site Occupational Safety Council meeting dedicated to World Day for Safety and Health at Work, celebrated annually on April 28.
