Zverev’s Charity Main Event Raises €103K for Children With Diabetes

Alexander Zverev skipped team practice for the Davis Cup to host a main event in Weiler im Westallgäu. The gathering raised €103,000 for his foundation, which aids children living with diabetes. Fans and local guests had the chance to meet the tennis star in person.

The event brought together supporters, contest winners, and special guests. Zverev took part in light-hearted sparring matches with Matthias Stach, Patrick Zahraj, his brother Mischa, and chef Johann Lafer. Actor Herbert Knaup, known for playing detective Kluftinger, also attended and praised Zverev’s tennis skills during the fun exhibition.

The charity event in Weiler im Westallgäu successfully raised €103,000. Zverev’s foundation will use the money to fund programmes for children with diabetes. His next initiative, a tennis camp in Halle, will take place next summer.
