The man on the left corner of the picture wearing blue shirt and black blazer is standing and looking at the meter board. On the right corner of the picture, we see a white wall on which meter boards are placed and on top of it, we see lights. Behind him, we see a white banner containing cube and monitor on it.

Zufikon’s annual electricity billing begins with meter readings in December 2025

Households in Zufikon will soon have their electricity meters read as part of the annual billing process. Between December 8 and 23, 2025, trained staff will visit properties to record consumption data. Customers also have the option to submit readings themselves online before the January deadline.

From December 8 to 23, 2025, meter readers from Aargauische Elektrizitätswerke (AEW) will carry out on-site checks in Zufikon. Staff will wear high-visibility vests and carry official AEW identification to ensure transparency. The collected figures will form the basis for calculating annual electricity bills, which are set to be issued in January 2026.

The data gathered—either by AEW staff or through customer submissions—will determine final billing amounts. Residents are reminded to verify the identity of any meter readers and to submit online readings before the cutoff date. Bills reflecting the recorded consumption will arrive in January 2026.
