ZF Aftermarket UK&I reshapes its commercial vehicle team for faster service
ZF Aftermarket UK&I has reorganised its commercial vehicle (CV) news team to better serve customers. The new structure, announced by managing director Wim Deckx, aims to provide speed, reliability, and expertise. David Wakeling now leads the team, offering a simplified process and single point of contact for customers.
The new team combines ZF's parts, technologies, and service solutions under one expert team. This includes service parts and services for ZF, Lemförder, Sachs, TRW, Wabco, and Boge brands. ZF [pro] Service provides a range of services for fleet operators, while ZF [pro] Academy offers training programmes in driveline, chassis, brakes, and steering technology.
Andreas Moser has taken over as the new head of the CV sales and technical consulting news team, effective November 1, 2025. This role includes responsibility for IAM sales, fleet sales, and service parts, covering ZF [pro] Service and ZF [pro] Academy. The reorganisation also sees the departure of James O'Gara, senior HCV sales manager, who contributed significantly to ZF's aftermarket success.
ZF's reorganisation is set to improve value and efficiency for customers. The new structure will be showcased at the Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain UK conference in June 2023 at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge. The company is committed to delivering a simplified process and expert support for its CV customers.
