Zero Base One Set to Launch Signature Extended Play in Japan
ZeroBaseOne, the renowned nine-member boy band, is set to release a special EP titled "Iconik" in Japan on October 29. This marks the band's first studio album, having previously released five EPs.
The first single from ZeroBaseOne's debut album in Japan, "Yura Yura - Unmei no Hana", was a massive success, selling half a million copies in its first week last year. The track has already become a fan favorite, setting a record for an international artist's debut album in Japan.
The EP "Iconik" will include Japanese-language versions of three tracks: the title track "Iconik", "Slam Dunk", and "Blue". "Iconik" is a Japanese-language version of a track from ZeroBaseOne's first studio album, while "Slam Dunk" is a Japanese-language version of an album track previously released by the band. "Blue" is a Japanese-language version of the lead single from ZeroBaseOne's fifth EP "Blue Paradise".
The first LP "Iconik" includes Japanese-language versions of "Iconik", "Slam Dunk", and "Blue", along with other tracks. The album has already made a strong impression, entering the Billboard 200 chart five rungs higher than the fifth EP. This week, it reached No. 23 on the Billboard 200.
In addition to the standard edition, a special edition of the EP "Iconik" will be available in 10 different packages. Fans can look forward to a variety of exclusive content in these editions.
ZeroBaseOne's "Iconik" EP is set to be a significant milestone in the band's career, further cementing their popularity in Japan and beyond. Fans can pre-order the EP now and look forward to its release on October 29.
