Zara Marks 50th Anniversary with Unique Collection by 50 Global Creatives
Zara marks its 50th anniversary with a unique collection created by 50 creatives from diverse fields. The 'Zara 50' collection, launching October 6, 2025, includes fashion, accessories, furniture, and design objects, all inspired by the iconic brand's essence.
Each artist was given free rein to create a personal tribute to Zara, resulting in a diverse and unique collection. Alexandre De Betak contributed a pyramid-shaped lamp, inspired by his childhood obsessions, while Marc Newson pushed material limits with a set of colorful glass tumblers. Vincent Van Duysen celebrated Spanish craftsmanship with a glass vessel.
The collection will be unveiled at a week-long pop-up during Paris Fashion Week, curated by Sarah Andelman. Proceeds will benefit Women's Earth Alliance, with additional donations to 50 charitable organizations. Marta Ortega Pérez, Nonexecutive Chair of Inditex, expressed her honor in the artists' participation in marking Zara's birthday.
The 'Zara 50' collection, a testament to the brand's ability to adapt to different creative languages, is set to be a highlight of Paris Fashion Week. With its diverse range of products and charitable contributions, it promises to celebrate Zara's 50-year journey in style.
