Zara Marks 50th Anniversary with '50 Objects' Collection

Zara marks its 50th anniversary with a unique collection, '50 Objects', created by 50 creatives from diverse fields. The collection, unveiled at a Paris Fashion Week pop-up, celebrates craftsmanship and accessibility. Proceeds will support Women's Earth Alliance, with Zara matching the donation.

Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen contributed a glass vessel to the anniversary collection, honouring Spanish craftsmanship. The collection ranges from fashion and accessories to furniture and design objects, set to launch on October 6, 2025.

The pop-up event in Paris promises an immersive experience. It will feature an exhibition curated by Sarah Andelman, a soundtrack by Michel Gaubert, a café by We Are Ona, and talks moderated by Derek Blasberg. Zara will also donate €20,000 to 50 charitable organizations chosen by participating artists.

Other notable creations include Alexandre de Betak's pyramid-shaped lamp and Marc Newson's set of colorful glass tumblers. Zara, known for its collaborations, has previously worked with Samuel Ross, Guido Palau, Collagerie, and Vincent Van Duysen.

The '50 Objects' collection underscores Zara's ability to adapt various creative languages to its accessible approach. By supporting Women's Earth Alliance and donating to charitable organizations, Zara demonstrates its commitment to celebrating craftsmanship and giving back to the community.
