ZA/UM's Zero Parades launches 21 May with faster multilingual support

Zero Parades, the latest game from ZA/UM, will launch on PC on 21 May 2023. Players can expect full English voice acting and text support in five languages from day one. The studio has also promised faster localisation updates compared to their previous title, Disco Elysium. The game will arrive on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GOG with Steam Deck verification at launch. A PlayStation 5 version is planned for later in 2023. At release, text will be available in English, German, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Latin American Spanish.

ZA/UM studio head Allen Murray confirmed that eight more languages will be added through free updates. These expansions will roll out from late 2026 into 2027. The goal is to make the game accessible in as many languages as possible without long delays. Murray emphasised that the team is working to avoid the lengthy localisation timeline seen with Disco Elysium. This time, additional language support will arrive more quickly, ensuring players worldwide can experience the game sooner.

Zero Parades will debut on PC with full English voiceovers and five localised text options. Over the next few years, eight more languages will be introduced in free updates. The studio's focus on speedier translations aims to reduce wait times for non-English speakers.
