**Bad Salzungen-Dermbach Church Circle Announces Canoe Day Trip for Young People**
The Bad Salzungen-Dermbach Church Circle has announced an exciting outdoor event for young people aged 13 to 17. On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Canoe Day Trip will take place on the Werra river, offering a fun and engaging day of canoeing, nature exploration, and community building.
The event will commence at 10 AM at the meeting point in 98597 Breitungen, Salzunger Street 2. After a brief introduction, participants will embark on their canoe journey, with a stop at the weir in Bad Salzungen during the trip. The day will conclude around 5 PM at the ending point in 36469 Tiefenort, Auf Der Heerstadt, where a shared farewell meal will be served.
Registration for the canoe day trip is now open and closes on July 8, 2025. The participation fee, which covers canoe rental, safety equipment, and the farewell meal, is set at 30 euros per person.
